We are not just a freight broker, we have our own assets that service the Greater Montreal and Toronto areas as well as the United States for expedited and standard Truckload and LTL. We also have a warehouse, that is CTPAT and Canadian Bonded.

Our online portal allows clients to download POD’s uploaded by our drivers and partner carriers. The portal also provides live tracking and the ability to quote and book new shipments. For all time sensitive and dedicated shipment, our drivers obtain digital signatures at deliveries, confirming goods were received in real time. Most importantly, thanks to our groundbreaking checkpoint system and link to Canada and US Customs, our customers never have to wonder and inquire about the location of their goods.

Carrier selection

Our carrier selection process is rigorous. Our partners are vetted, met in person (or by video conference) and thoroughly checked. We verify safety ratings, past performance and assess their strengths. We also analyse a carrier’s internal systems and adapt to them. Most importantly, we pay our carriers quickly and our team treats our carriers the exact same way we treat our client. In doing so, your shipment is as important to them as it is to us.

What is the Point of Sale?
In our business, people rush to onboard a client or to move the first shipment. We take the same approach as moving companies. Think of the point of sale as a “site visit” that moving companies do. We need to get to know you so there are no surprises down the line and so that perhaps, we can find ways to improve or enhance your freight shipping experience. What is the Point of Service?
An internal system that we have developed to assess a partner carrier's strength and workflow so that we may find the most effective way to work with them. Similar to the point of sale with our clients, the point of service ensures that we get to know our partners to avoid any surprises in the future.
How do I track a shipment?
If you are already client and you’ve been given a user and password, go to our home page and click track a shipment using the pro# you were provided at time of booking. It’s that simple.
How do I book a shipment?
We encourage you to use your portal so that we may better serve you. In doing so, we can see your order in real time and avoid any delays or missing information by receiving and re-entering your information into our system.
What is the VIP Board?
We do not put all our loads on public load boards, to make sure our best partners get priority, we have VIP load board on our carrier portal. Its where our carriers can see available shipments and bid on them. This process is more direct and exclusive and allows us to enhance routing for a shipment or a leg of a shipment.
What is a freighT audit?
A freight audit is a free evaluation of your freight spend by getting our experts to evaluate how you are moving your shipments. This service is free. If we cannot add value ourselves, we will refer you to one of our partners who might be a better fit. We believe its good business to share our expertise with you!
